AXA Quick Picks — Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

  • Anguilla only. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery speed

  • Typical window: 1–3 business days islandwide (Mon–Sat).

  • Timelines are targets (not guarantees) and may vary with weather, traffic, road closures, or peak periods.

Payment methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Transfer (send proof).

  • We can hold stock up to 24 hours pending transfer confirmation.

Delivery fees & free options

  • Free islandwide delivery on orders $25+.

  • Orders under $25: Free local pick-up in The Valley (no delivery fee).

  • If you still want delivery for an order under $25, a small standard delivery fee applies (quoted before you confirm).

Pick-up (The Valley)

  • Pick-up location and time slot are sent via WhatsApp or email after you order.

  • Please bring your order number and a quick ID check may be requested.

Order processing & updates

  • Orders placed Mon–Sat process the same or next business day.

  • We’ll confirm your delivery window via WhatsApp or email.

Address, access & missed delivery

  • Provide a complete address, landmark, and reachable phone/WhatsApp.

  • If we can’t reach you or the address is incorrect/incomplete:

    • We can reschedule (a re-delivery fee may apply), or

    • Cancel and refund minus any incurred delivery costs once goods are back with us in saleable condition.

Proof of delivery & risk

  • We may record proof of delivery (recipient name/ID, photo, GPS timestamp, or signature).

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation (or handover at pick-up).

Fragile/oversized & multi-item orders

  • Fragile/oversized items may need extra handling time or a quoted fee (you’ll approve before we proceed).

  • Multi-item orders may arrive together or in partial deliveries depending on availability.

Unarrived, damaged, or not as described

  • If your order hasn’t arrived by the latest estimated date, notify us within 2 days.

  • For damaged/defective or materially not as described, contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos/video (and packaging shots).

  • Do not return anything without our written Return Authorization (RMA).

Force majeure

  • We aren’t liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (severe weather, road closures, outages, strikes, emergencies).
