Welcome to AXA Quick Picks (“AXAQP,” “we,” “us”). By using axaquickpick.com, our social storefronts, or WhatsApp ordering, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are

2) Where we sell
Orders are accepted within Anguilla only. We do not ship internationally at this time. AXA Quick Picks
3) Accounts & accuracy
If you create an account or order via form/WhatsApp, you’re responsible for accurate details and for activity under your name.
4) Products, pricing & availability
We work to display products/colors accurately; minor screen-based variations may occur. Availability and prices can change without notice. We may limit or cancel orders (e.g., risk screening, pricing errors).
5) Payments
We primarily accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer (details provided at checkout or via WhatsApp confirmation). Facebook
Where offered, any other payment method will be shown at checkout.
6) Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept by confirming (via site/WhatsApp) or delivering. We may refuse/cancel (stock unavailable, address issues, suspected fraud/resale). If cancelled after payment, you’ll be promptly refunded (or transfer returned).
7) Delivery & pick-up (Anguilla)

Proof of delivery: Our confirmation (photo/GPS/recipient name or signature) is proof of handover.

Access & availability: You must provide safe access and be reachable at the agreed time.

Incorrect/incomplete address or no-show: We can (a) reschedule for an additional delivery fee or (b) refund minus delivery costs once goods are back with us in saleable condition.

Risk of loss: Risk transfers on delivery (or pick-up handover).
8) Inspection on delivery
Please inspect at delivery and keep packaging until any issue is resolved.
9) Refunds, returns & issues (2-day window)
You’re keeping the 2-day policy. Here it is, embedded in the Terms for clarity:

To file a claim: order number & name; brief issue type; photos/video of item + packaging for damage/defect; photo of exterior label/box if damaged.
RMA required: Do not send items back without our written return authorization.
Condition: Items must be unused, with tags/accessories, in original packaging. We may deduct reasonable amounts for missing/damaged packaging or accessories.
Remedies (our reasonable discretion): replacement (if in stock), store credit, or refund. For verified unarrived orders, choose replacement or refund.
Exclusions: final-sale items marked non-returnable; hygiene items once opened; damage after delivery; normal wear & tear; minor screen-based color variance.
Processing: returns inspected within 3–7 business days after receipt; approved credits/refunds follow your bank’s timelines.
10) Promotions & bundles
Promo codes: single-use unless stated, non-transferable, not combinable unless allowed. Refunds on partial bundle returns reflect the prorated value.
11) Prohibited uses
No unlawful use, interference with security, scraping, or resale/exploitation without permission.
12) Intellectual property
Site content (logos, images, text) is owned by or licensed to AXAQP.
13) Third-party tools
We may use third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, payment processors). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their parts of the transaction.
14) Chargebacks & fraud
Please contact us first and allow 5 business days to resolve before initiating a chargeback. We may contest chargebacks using delivery/inspection evidence and may suspend accounts for suspected fraud or policy abuse.
15) Force majeure
We aren’t liable for delays/failures due to causes beyond our control (severe weather, road closures, outages, strikes, acts of government, emergencies, carrier issues).
16) Warranties & liability cap
Except as required by law, products/services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our total liability to the amount you paid for the product, and we exclude indirect/special/consequential losses.
17) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Anguilla. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Anguilla’s courts, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
18) Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
